The Coolest Amphitheaters in America

As a provider of wholesale amphitheater seating, we’ve come across some pretty great venues. There are so many great spots across America, but these are a few of our favorites:

1. Greek Theatre, California        

This amphitheater was built over a century ago, and has evolved over many years to the structure it is today. It has hosted a huge variety of luminaries, ranging from Teddy Roosevelt to Tom Petty. The venue gets its name from its classical columns and coloring, and it continues to host some really great events.

2. Alpine Valley Music Theatre, Wisconsin

Sprawling green and rolling hills make for a fantastic venue. Not only does this place boast some pretty stellar performances (i.e. Grateful Dead, Pearl Jam, Rage Against the Machine), but it has fantastic camping grounds for music festivals.

3. Gorge Amphitheatre, Washington

This is not only a fantastic amphitheater, but it’s set in stunningly gorgeous surroundings. The scenery adds a whole new dimension of drama to every performance, and both fans and artists leave raving about the views. It’s hard not to, when you watch a show backed by cliffs, hills and sunsets over a rolling river.

4. Hollywood Bowl, California

Of course, we can’t talk about our favorite venues without talking about the Hollywood Bowl. This venue has seen some of the greatest, including Frank Sinatra, The Beatles, the Rolling Stones, Hendrix, and Joplin. That tradition carries on today, and some of the biggest names still play here.
